Every company I've built turned out to be the same wager. Trust is what all of it runs on, and nobody has built the layer that makes trust legible — so that's the work, in eight directions at once: identity you own, communities that compound, intelligence that knows you, and research that tells the truth.

Since my twenties I've started businesses across wellness, software, music and film. For years I thought of them as separate bets. They aren't. Every one depends on the same missing layer: a way to prove who you are, find the people worth building with, and measure whether you're becoming who you said you'd be. That's the work now — not advice, infrastructure. The philosophy underneath it is the one I've had the longest: a space for others' greatness.
